On a continual basis we conduct and refine inquiry-focused professional learning that combines research on school renewal, intrinsic motivation, and cultural diversity. All of our inquiry is conducted in collaboration with school staff, students, and families. Our primary methodology is action research. Throughout this website we will use terms like inquiry cycle because action research is cyclical.

An action research cycle includes: framing problems of practice, identifying researchable questions, investigating questions through collaborative forms of action, systematic collection and analysis of data, generating insights that lead to new questions and actions.
