Learning Community Reflection

Abstract

An interview with two leadership staff at Cleveland High School (CHS) Princess Shareef, Principal and Catherine Brown, Academic Dean provided insight into the adult learning community at Cleveland High School. I had two goals: 1) to understand ways leadership staff has been developing a learning community among teachers who are being asked to implement several new teaching practices and, 2) to learn about evaluating the influence of adult learning practices on school improvement.
